Tenfold Local Service Terms

These terms are between Tenfold Local LLC, a California limited liability company ("Tenfold Local") and the client named on the signup form ("you"). By paying the setup fee, you agree to these terms.

Plans and pricing

Base Plan. $1,000 setup, then $350 per month. This is the founding rate. List price is $450 per month. Your founding rate is locked for 12 months from signing.

Base Annual Option. Pay $4,200 up front for 12 months. The $1,000 setup fee is waived.

Google Business Profile Add-On (Base only). $150 setup, then $100 per month.

Second Site Add-On (Base only). $500 setup, then $249 per month. One of your services split onto its own site and domain, hosted by Tenfold Local, sending its leads to you.

Extra Articles Add-On (any plan). $39 per month more for 6 articles a month instead of 4, written from the same voice notes.

Partner Plan. $5,000 setup, then $1,500 per month. This is the founding rate. List price is $2,500 per month. Your founding rate is locked for 12 months from signing. Partner clients start with a call before signing.

Payment and term

  • The setup fee is due at signing. It is non-refundable. Work begins when it clears.
  • Monthly billing starts 30 days after the setup payment and repeats on that calendar date each month.
  • All billing runs through Stripe.
  • There is no minimum term. The plan runs month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.
  • After the 12-month lock, Tenfold Local may change the monthly rate with 30 days' written notice.
  • Either side may end this agreement for non-payment after giving 15 days' written notice.

What's included

Base Plan

  • A website, built and hosted by Tenfold Local.
  • 4 articles per month, written for Google search and AI search. Articles are built from your weekly voice notes. If you miss a week's voice note, Tenfold Local writes that article from your existing material instead.
  • One round of site updates per month. Send the round as one written request by email or text.
  • Google search and AI search optimization.

Google Business Profile Add-On

  • Weekly review responses and profile updates.
  • A monthly optimization pass.

Second Site Add-On

  • One service from your main site built out as its own site on its own domain.
  • Hosted by Tenfold Local. Calls and form fills go to you.

Partner Plan. Everything in Base, plus:

  • A fully custom site.
  • 6 articles per month instead of 4, from the same voice notes.
  • A direct line to Vazul Hites by text, voice note, or phone.
  • Google Business Profile management, included.
  • Up to 2 feeder sites that point back to your main site.
  • Strategy.
  • A monthly ranking and leads report.
  • Larger builds on request. One major build per quarter is included. More are quoted.

Guarantee: rank or we work free

If your site is not on page 1 of Google for at least one agreed target keyword, searched from your primary service town, within 6 months of site launch, your monthly fee pauses. Tenfold Local keeps working at no monthly charge until it gets there.

Your part. Within 14 days of signing, you provide your logo, photos, service list, and access to Google Search Console and Google Business Profile. At kickoff, we agree on 3 to 5 target keywords in writing. Delays caused by you extend the 6-month window by the same number of days.

Cap. Once the fee has been paused for 3 months in a row, the guarantee period ends. At that point either side may end the agreement with no further obligation, or you may resume monthly payments and Tenfold Local continues the work. Pausing beyond 3 months is not available.

Limits. The setup fee is never refunded under this guarantee. Tenfold Local does not guarantee a specific ranking position, a number of leads, or any amount of revenue.

Updates and extras

  • Your monthly update round is one written request. Bundle all changes into that one request.
  • Extra update rounds, new pages, and redesigns are quoted separately. Pricing starts at $75.
  • Partner clients get one major build per quarter included. Additional major builds are quoted.

Ownership and offboarding

  • You own your domain.
  • Tenfold Local owns the site code and templates. Tenfold Local licenses them to you while your plan is active.
  • Content written for you belongs to you.
  • If you cancel, you keep your domain. You can choose one of two options: Tenfold Local keeps hosting the site as-is for $49 per month ("parked hosting"), or Tenfold Local hands you a static export of the site.

General

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give Tenfold Local.
  • Tenfold Local may list you as a case study and use your results in marketing unless you opt out in writing.
  • These terms are governed by California law.
