Privacy Policy
Effective . This policy covers tenfoldlocal.com, run by Tenfold Local LLC, a California limited liability company ("Tenfold Local", "we").
Short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not run ads or analytics.
What we collect
The contact form. When you send the form you give us your name and phone number, and if you choose, your business name, trade, the plan you are interested in and a message. That is the only personal information this site asks for.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records the address your device connects from, the pages you request, the time, and your browser type. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, and we do not keep them beyond what our hosting provider retains.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media plugins.
How we use it
- To reply to your form by text, call or email, and to talk about the services you asked about. By sending the form you agree to be contacted that way. Reply STOP to any text to end texts.
- To keep a record of our conversations if you become a client.
We never sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else.
Who else sees it
- Form delivery. The form is delivered by a small script in our own Google account (Google Apps Script), which writes each submission to a private Google Sheet and emails it to us through Gmail. Google processes that data under its privacy policy; nobody outside Tenfold Local can open the sheet.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Railway in the United States. Railway handles the server logs described above.
- Fonts. The site's typefaces load from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which see your device address. No other Google service is used on this site.
- Legal requests. We would disclose information if the law required it.
- Tracking across sites. No one collects information about your activity on other websites through this site, and we do not allow anyone to do so.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete what you sent us, text (209) 770-2134. We will do it within 30 days and confirm.
- You can use the whole site without sending the form.
- Do Not Track. Because the site does not track visitors across other sites, it does not change its behavior when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
