The situation
Sonora Gutter Cleaning is a local crew in Sonora, CA. It cleans gutters and downspouts, clears pine needles and debris off roofs, and fits gutter guards for homes and cabins across Tuolumne County. Most of those houses sit under oaks and pines, so the gutters fill up every fall.
On launch day the domain was brand new, with no history on Google and no reviews tied to it. We wanted someone near Sonora with full gutters to find the site before the winter rain and ask for an estimate.
What was built
- Every page is about gutters and the roof above them.
- A page for each of the 3 services and each of the 7 towns around Sonora, every one with photos and a call button.
- An estimate form on every page. Each request lands in the owner’s email, so it shows up on their phone right away.
- A gutter calendar for the foothills: when to clean, and why homes under pines need an extra pass.

What a lead on day 15 tells you
One lead is too few to call a trend. Google rankings usually take 3 to 6 months to build, so our guarantee covers page 1 within 6 months and makes no promise about early leads.
It does show that a town page can produce a lead early. The request was sent from the Twain Harte page, one of the site's 7 town pages, rather than the home page. Every site we build gets a page for each town it serves.
